Open Gate is one block north off of West Mason and La Count. Klondike is off of Lime Kiln just past the Hwy 172 overpass. Both homes have great locations.
If you are a first time home buyer or haven't owned a home for three years, you may be eligible for the new tax credit. The maximum tax credit is $8,000 or 10% of the purchase price of the home. The home must be used as your primary residence.
This tax credit is not a loan and does not have to be repaid if you stay in your home for three years.
